These one-day sessions provide participants with an overview on one of the five habits that spark your creative genius. Each session is experiential and provides participants with the opportunity to learn and apply the key techniques and learnings of that particular habit.

The Leader's Legacy – Sparking Creative Action

• Leaders explore and apply ways of sparking creative action within themselves and those they lead
• A customized experiential workshop (typically between two to five days) designed with leader assessment tools, feedback mechanisms and strategies aimed toward building the necessary leadership skills to lead others in a time when creativity isn’t a luxury but a survival skill
• Target Audience: Those colleagues who are in a leadership capacity in your organization – team leaders, managers, supervisors, etc.
